Paul Feltrin, a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce and Certified Scrum Master, currently serves as the CEO at Care Group, where he oversees the operations of Care Park and APM – Australian Property Management .
Paul’s journey at Care Group began in 2021 when he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. His exceptional leadership skills propelled him to the position of Interim CEO by late 2022, and in July 2023, he was officially appointed as the Global Group CEO.
A client-focused and results-driven leader, Paul has played a pivotal role in strengthening Care Park‘s financial position through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading practices. Under his guidance, a team of 400 professionals thrives in an inclusive working culture, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of service to clients.
Paul’s expertise extends beyond financial acumen, showcasing a knack for building deep relationships quickly with key stakeholders. His ability to identify and nurture organisational opportunities has been instrumental in ensuring both client and corporate success.
As a dual citizen of Australia and the European Union, Paul is uniquely positioned to lead Care Park’s operations across the Asia Pacific and Europe. His extensive industry experience spans prominent roles in leading enterprises such as Simba Global, Wilson Group, CSR Ltd, and more.
Paul’s leadership style reflects a commitment to operational excellence, with a focus on process improvement, change management, centralisation, software implementation, due diligence, and customer management. His unwavering dedication has consistently delivered significant savings and margin growth across all areas of finance and operations.
