Meet Peter Roberts – General Manager, Queensland
Peter Roberts, the General Manager of Care Park in Queensland, brings over 17 years of invaluable experience in the car parking industry. His journey with Care Park began 7 years ago, starting with fewer than 10 car parks and a small team, and has since grown exponentially to over 60 car parks and 19 dedicated staff members in Queensland.
In both his personal and professional life, Peter lives by the mantra, “You can achieve anything if you want it bad enough and apply yourself.” This philosophy has been a driving force behind his success and growth within Care Park, fuelling his determination to constantly strive for excellence.
Peter is excited about the future of Care Park, particularly in Queensland. The company’s growing reputation and the influx of referral business from satisfied landlords are testament to the exceptional service and positive work culture fostered under Peter’s leadership. He firmly believes that a strong work culture leads to employee longevity and increased productivity, laying a solid foundation for sustained business growth in the long term.
Outside of work, Peter is passionate about spending quality time with his family, especially enjoying outings on their recently acquired Jetski during fine weather. His sons, Ethan (14) and Boston (8), keep him busy with their Rugby League activities, supporting them at training sessions, weekend games, and cheering for their favourite NRL teams on TV. Additionally, Peter has rekindled his interest in fitness by hitting the gym and is gearing up for a 6-week weight loss and muscle build challenge after indulging in holiday treats over the break.
