Care Park congratulates the Parking Awards winner of the Excellence in Technology and Innovation – On Street Award – SenSen Networks and Brisbane City Council – Environmental Mapping Technology.
Care Park, a two time Parking Organisation of the Year Award winner, was proud to sponsor this award category which recognises the innovations in parking, which continue to improve and streamline the customer experience.
Care Park Managing Director Robert Belteky says the awards recognise the parking industry’s achievements in a way that continues to advance the industry’s services and offerings for a better customer experience.
“I congratulate all winners and the work we all do to achieve excellence within our industry,” Robert Belteky said.
Care Park was also named a finalist in two categories of the 2021 Parking Awards:
Both categories were very hotly contested and to be named a finalist in each category continues to show Care Park’s commitment to ensuring the industry’s standards and deliverables continue to be of the highest calibre and “we continue to drive excellence in all our operations and dealings with our customers”.
This year’s Parking Australia Awards were held as a virtual event on 10 November.
A panel of eight industry judges reviewed and scored submissions, based on the submission criteria and 29 finalists were selected from around the country.
Many of the submissions reflected how the parking industry had adapted during COVID-19 lockdowns, by focusing on the needs and wants of the customer during this challenging time.
The awards program also included a new category for Outstanding Sustainable Car Park which recognises sustainable features in car parks and demonstrates the industry’s willingness to use parking facilities as an opportunity to realise their environmental ambitions and reap the benefits.
