There’s a new iconic Care Park parking location in the heart of Sydney’s Rosebery.

Care Park looks forward to welcoming customers to The Cannery shopping precinct located at 61 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery.

The 55-bay car park now sports the latest technology, where the swipe of your phone or your credit/debit card from the driver’s seat of your car gives you that seamless parking experience.

Care Parks Commercial Manager Michael Counihan says, “We’re making The Cannery car park a pleasant parking experience for everyone involved.

“It’s a busy car park and facilitating a hassle-free parking experience is important to ensure The Cannery shopping, dining, lifestyle and fashion experience starts from the moment a customer enters the car park and they leave with an equally happy experience when they drive out of the car park,” Michael Counihan says.

Shoppers will receive the first hour free parking during their Cannery shopping experience. The car park opens at 6am and closes at midnight.

Making parking hassle-free for shoppers and delivery drivers

Michael Counihan says the implementation of a good parking system is key not only to look after customer needs, but also because this is an extremely busy shopping precinct with numerous delivery drivers needing access to the location.

“We had to think of every scenario so delivery drivers could unload seamlessly when visiting the car park.

“This has been achieved with the introduction of Ticketless Parking’s state-of-the-art access control equipment.

“It integrates with technology, offers a QR scanner and is user-friendly.

“Furthermore, the cleanliness and environmental aspects of this parking technology mean there are no tickets issued, no discarded paper, and no rubbish flying around,” Michael Counihan says.

To ensure a seamless transition to the new, parking technology at The Cannery, staff are on location assisting customers to become familiar with the new technology and the transition to the new hassle-free parking at The Cannery.
