Ensuring sustainable practices are implemented in all Care Park operations is a major ongoing commitment to deliver a positive future for the car parking industry, motorists and society.

Parking Australia is hosting the Sustainable Parking Seminar this week in Sydney where Care Park is the major event sponsor.
One of the biggest improvements in creating a more sustainable future has been the introduction of technology and parking payment options created through ticketless parking.
Care Park’s global status in the parking industry aims to ensure its sustainable footprint in the parking industry is far greater than Australia. Its commitment to a cleaner, safer and sustainable future is a focus of the business in an attempt to work with and support the government’s target to meet zero emissions by 2045.
Some of the sustainability initiatives Care Park is introducing across all car parks includes energy efficient LED lighting, ticketless parking, virtual parking systems, online booking, and electric car charge systems at targeted sites.
The biggest roll out of environmentally-friendly initiatives is the installation of LED lighting in Care Park-managed car parks to drive more sustainable practices in car parks.
Care Park CFO Paul Feltrin says, “The car parking industry is a major service provider to motorists. Care Park realises we need to look at ways of ensuring our car parks make a contribution to a more sustainable environment, reducing waste and improving efficiencies.
“We will continue to drive these outcomes as we take on new car parks and refurbish our current ones. It’s a constant process of improvement, not just for us as a company but for all our operations and our clients knowing we are part of the greener movement,” Paul Feltrin says.
