Care Park adds new Sydney harbour parking solution to car park portfolio

Sail away with ease and comfort when you arrive at Care Park’s new car park sites on Sydney Harbour at Rozelle.

Care Park will now manage the customer after hours experience for parkers at the Sydney Superyacht Marina and Sydney Boathouse car parks.

Sydney Superyacht Marina offers 320 car bays in both an open air and multi-storey facility. Sydney Boathouse is a 100 bay facility. Both offer parking to yacht owners and also the public who utilise the harbour recreation area and restaurants in Rozelle with the stunning backdrop of the ANZAC Bridge.

After-hours car park support and assistance is important to parkers at Sydney Superyacht Marina and Sydney Boathouse. Care Park’s 24 hour National Operations Centre, Care Assist service provides all parkers the assurance they have someone to talk to and can help after hours.

Care Park took over the new sites on 1 September and ensured customers would have a seamless transition to the new service without any interruptions.

The property owner, and site manager JLL were very keen to ensure customers would not be disadvantaged in any way, so Care Park’s execution of the new car park management needed to progress like clockwork, and that it did.

Care Park NSW/ACT Commercial Manager Michael Counihan says, “To get the site operational, we had to be nimble in all we did to transition the onsite hardware to interface into our operations.

“The key to customer satisfaction is ensuring we continue to demonstrate our friendly can-do attitude in all our dealings with the parking customer.

“When we achieve this, our client’s asset is being managed in the same way the property owner wants their customers to be looked after,” Michael Counihan said.
