Tim holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business and Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, along with certifications in Property Services and Owners Corporation Management. These credentials have equipped Tim with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of the industry with confidence.
Throughout his time at APM, Tim has thrived in an industry known for its challenges, crediting the company’s supportive and collaborative culture that makes all the difference. Brit Heatley recently rejoined APM as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager, bringing with her over two decades of experience in business banking, strata management, and strategic procurement. Her strong understanding of legal and governance matters has been key to her success to strata management.
After a three-year break exploring roles such as strategic procurement with Queensland Health, Brit returned to APM in May 2024 with a renewed sense of purpose. She has embraced the opportunity to work alongside a team of like-minded professionals and thrives on the daily challenges that drive the team forward.
