Having been with Care Park since December 2018, Dominic reflects on his journey with a mix of excitement and perseverance. The past couple of years presented unique challenges with the onset of COVID, yet Dominic and his team managed not only to navigate through the difficulties but also to expand, opening three new car parks and witnessing a three-fold increase in staffing levels. This period has been a testament to Dominic’s leadership and the team’s ability to adapt and thrive in challenging times.
One guiding principle that has shaped Dominic’s personal and professional life is the belief that “it can’t rain all the time,” instilled in him by his mother. This philosophy underscores the importance of facing challenges head-on, knowing that difficult times eventually pave the way for better days.
Looking ahead, Dominic is excited about the future of Care Park, particularly the growth opportunities in the UK market and involvement in projects like St James Quarter. He finds fulfillment in seeing his team members develop and excel professionally, contributing to Care Park’s global reputation as a leader in parking management.
Outside of work, Dominic is a devoted husband and father, with a passion for supporting Manchester United both at home and away matches. He enjoys staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or taking leisurely walks. And, like many, he appreciates unwinding with a few pints, especially when they coincide with a Manchester United victory.
