2. What’s the difference between reserved and unreserved parking?
A reserved bay guarantees you a specific parking spot at all times. Unreserved bays are shared among monthly parkers and the general public and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, Southern Cross Station Car Park only offers unreserved spots.
3. Is there an establishment or setup fee?
No – there is no establishment fee to get started with monthly parking at Southern Cross Station.
4. How do I access the car park?
This car park uses License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology that allows you to enter and exit the car park 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, just by simply driving up to the boom gates.
5. What’s included in the monthly fee?
Your monthly fee includes GST and the SRO Congestion Levy (if applicable). A small monthly admin fee may also apply.
6. Can I get a discount if I’m exempt from the Congestion Levy?
Yes – if you qualify for an exemption, you may be eligible for a reduced rate. You can check your eligibility here.
7. How do I apply for monthly parking?

8. What if I want to cancel my monthly parking?
We just ask for one (1) calendar month’s written notice. You can email us directly at cpsales@carepark.com.au.
9.Is there a minimum commitment period?
No long-term lock-ins. You can start with a monthly arrangement and cancel anytime with one month’s notice.
10. Can I transfer my parking pass to someone else?
No, monthly passes are non-transferable and are registered to your name and vehicle details for security and tracking purposes.
