Responding to COVID-19 – Care Park’s action plan

With the COVID-19 situation continuing to unfold at different speeds in each Australian state and furthermore in different regions in Australia, Care Park’s priority remains the safety of our people and the public.

Care Park operations remain open for business where we are directed they can remain open and closed where we have been directed to close.

Our car parks that are closed are only closed in accordance with the government requirements as they have been deemed not to service Essential Services or Permitted Workers.  If you as the customer is of the view that a closed car park should be open, we encourage you to contact us here

This is a continually evolving situation we are monitoring closely.

In metropolitan Melbourne, car parks that are open are to service Essential Industries and Permitted Workers.

We remain open for business in Queensland, New South Wales, regional Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

We are working hard to minimise disruption to car parking services.

Since the beginning of the year, Care Park’s business continuity team has implemented a number of strategies and responses. Our plans are tested and defined in how we must continue to provide a service to our clients and customers who depend on having a parking service for their business operations.

Care Park’s commitment is to continue to serve our community to the best of our abilities in these trying and challenging times. There may be times when we may have to prioritise works at our car parks but we will endeavour complete works and maintenance as required in the shortest time possible to lessen any inconvenience to you.

Care Park has the highest commitment to ensuring a COVIDSafe Australia and all our staff are required to follow the strictest COVIDSafe protocols which are checked regularly for compliance. We request our parkers follow the strictest COVIDSafe protocols as well.
