Australian Property Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Care Park and whilst relatively youthful in the market-place, has already landed some significant contracts.  Having recruited some well-known identities in the property management field, it offers a fresh and welcome alternative to the traditional choices in this market.

Australian Property Management manages Melbourne's Royal Domain Tower with 137 luxury units and also managed Flinders Wharf with its 301 units from 2004 until 2008.  Care Park continues to manage the the car parking facility at Flinders Wharf, with the owners corporation now attending to facilities management in-house.  APM will undertake facilities management at Northbank Place upon its completion later this year.
