Care Park has strong ties to one of the foremost property developers in Asia, Far East Consortium International Limited.  Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1972, it is principally engaged in property development and hotel operations in Greater China but also has offices in Melbourne.  Some of the recent projects include Flinders Wharf, a unique residential development on the Yarra River, Royal Domain Tower with its vast ‘mansions in the sky’ have become home to Melbourne’s elite and Hidden Valley, located just 45 minutes from Melbourne, offering house and land packages nestled amongst a superb golf and country club with its own 18 hole championship golf course.

Far East is a joint venture partner in the Northbank Place development, located on the edge of the city grid, in a park setting with river frontage, which promises to be another landmark Melbourne development.  Northbank Place will bring a mix of residential and commercial spaces and a range of captivating retail outlets.  Care Park will own and operate the public car park at Northbank.
