Can I get a receipt for parking?

As part of one of our environmental initiatives, Care Park limits the amount of paper printed from our sites.

There are still two ways however, in which you may obtain a receipt for parking. They are as follows:

    • Press the ‘Receipt’ button located on our Pay Station prior to making payment.
    • Please visit Request a Receipt to request an electronic version. 

What happens if I have lost my parking ticket?

If you have lost your parking ticket, you can request a Lost Ticket by pressing the Lost Ticket button at any Pay Station.

Alternatively, you contact our 24-hour Care Assist team for assistance by pressing the intercom.

Note that a Lost Ticket Fee may be charged where we cannot determine your length of stay.

How do I get a refund?

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please visit Request a Refund for further information.

How do I report a fault?
