RECRUITMENT POLICY

CITIZENSHIP / RESIDENCY
To be eligible for employment at Care Park applicants must be permanent residents of the country the job is based in.

SECURITY AND CHARACTER CLEARANCE
Employees must be of good character. Police record checks are undertaken for all new employees and some roles also require a credit check.

PROBATION
All new Care Park employees are subject to a period of probation. The probationary period enables a supervisor to assess a person’s suitability for employment in regards to work performance and conduct.
